I refuse to make New Year’s resolutions. I set goals instead. And this year, as soon as the clock strikes the new year, I’m going on a REAL diet — a lifestyle change to eat healthier and exercise more. I have a bridesmaid dress to look good in at the end of March. While I want to lose weight quickly, I’d rather make the changes that I need to in order to keep the weight off permanently. I’ve given myself a head-start, but I will be kicking into gear AFTER the cookie temptations are gone.
