Flat Chicken Breast

Brush olive oil on the grates to protect your meat from sticking on the grates. Next, put your meat on the hot part of the grill or your grill pan. Then, just wait until you see grill marks on your chicken breasts (you could take it up to check).
When your meat turn browned, turn it over and redo the previous techniques. After both sides are perfectly cooked, take them to the cooler part of your grill and finish cooking.
