Hello I hope you are all doing well and staying cool this summer, its a scorcher. Were still having 118° temperatures and wishing for wind or rain to cool us down. Even our power company calls to request that between 6-9 PM we turn off all lights and unnecessary appliances and lower our temperature to conserve electricity on the grid. We’ve never had to do that here, but we are in the desert. Stay well friends.

We were in Arizona for the weekend and we got to enjoy some of that 110 weather! It wasn’t terribly bad as we usually have humidity added to our heat in the south but we definitely did not go for walks in the pm!

Boy Arizona can be brutal, a few years ago we had to spend time closing up my husbands fathers place and in July. Your right heat with humidity is terrible, I used to live in San Antonio and I could not breath well (No medical problem’s) it just wasn’t good. We moved to dry heat here in Vegas. Hi Shelbee, yes we are even in the last 2 days the temps have gone down to like 109 and that even makes a difference.
