I am so intrigued by something called Japanese Cotton Cheesecake!
Actually Lauren I was too, Id never heard of one. It does seem to have different ingredients and a different mixing instructions. Id never heard of flour and cornflower in the mix. Id also need to convert from metrics.

Hi Debbie, our hostess have a hard time to choosing from so many great bloggers and I always love to see what you have going on. I still remember your post when the doves laid eggs in a hanging planter, This year I have a mallard duck made a nest and laid eggs which I am watching for them to hatch any day, shes such a good mama duck.
